Homestead Lake Park

Relax and unwind in a countryside setting, overlooking a coarse fishing lake.

There’s no loud clubhouse here or live entertainment, just all the facilities and space you and your family need to have an enjoyable break in this beautiful region. Our park is perfectly placed to discover all the local area has to offer. Visit the many top attractions, explore the countryside or head to the coast just 15 minutes away.

Late Arrivals

We can accommodate late arrivals on most Fridays, up until about 8pm. Please add your estimated arrival time in the "Additional information". There may be a few exceptions e.g. Easter bank holiday.

  • Friday: Latest arrival 8pm.
  • Easter: Late arrivals on the Thursday instead of the Friday.
  • Saturday / Monday - Thursday: Latest arrival 5.30pm.
  • Sunday / Bank Holiday Monday: Latest arrival 4.30pm.

2027 Bookings

Please call to book or enquire, online bookings are not yet open for 2027. We are taking phone bookings for 25th March to 31st October 2027. Although we aim to open on 1st March, we won’t be taking bookings until closer to the date to avoid weather-related cancellations.

Non-UK cards

We are often unable to process payments from non-UK cards for bookings made online or over the phone. If you are unable to complete your booking online please email info@homesteadlake.campmanager.com with your name, dates and preferred pitch number, and we will send you a payment link.

New Booking System

If you have stayed with us before or had a login on our old booking system, please note:

  • If you do not already have a booking with us for 2026, you will need to set up as a new customer when you book online. Your previous email/login has not been transferred to the new system.
  • If you have a booking with us for 2026, with a booking number 16*** or 15*** , you can choose the "I have forgotten my password" to set up a login using the email on your booking.

Booking Terms

  • A 20% deposit non-refundable is required for all bookings, the remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
  • Pitch fee includes electric, awning, car and up to 2 adults. Additional adults, children and pets are extra.
  • Minimum stay of 2 nights Fri/Sat, 4 nights Easter Bank holiday, and 3 nights other bank holidays.
  • Arrival is from 12 noon to 5.30pm (4.30pm Sunday).
  • Late Arrivals Friday: We can accommodate late arrivals on most Fridays, up until about 8pm. Please add your estimated arrival time in the "Additional information". There may be a few exceptions.
  • Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure.
  • Early arrival from 9am or Late check-out until 4pm, may be added at an extra cost of £10 each. These cannot be booked online, please call us to check availability and to add to your booking.
